I received a call from Sipho on 25/03 after lodging a complaint on 22/3. The new BBZ10 that I received on 13/3 and took back because the device is faulty has been in repairs warehouse for 2 weeks. On Monday 25/3 Sipho advised that the phone was being inspected by a technician (he provided a name) and he will let me know as soon as the evaluation is complete. How long does these inspections take? It's a phone and if it's in professional hands, surely it shouldn't take more that 2 days for them to establish the problem. Why must a customer then be kept waiting for weeks to get a replacement new phone to replace the one that's not working due to factory fault for this long? I am deeply sad and disappointed by the service. And to think that by the time, they approve a new phone to be issued out, it will take them another week if not two to deliver. I hope the response I will get from Cell C will be a pleasant one. Not what I have been hearing from the past 2 weeks.
