Cell c lack of service

Exactly two weeks i have given cell c my cancellation of a contract and nothing is being done about it, i have called the call centre numeral times and all i get is someone will contact me and no one seems to have the answer for and yet i'll still be paying for something i don't have and i have never used.

i feel that my rights as a consumer are not being adhered to instead i constantly get email messages from one sipho sithole who insist that my number doesn't go through mind you i have been using this number for more than 4 years and i have even given him the benefit of the doubt and given him my husband contact details but still i havn't received any feedback added to that its their network number im suprised its not working, but when they call for marketing its working.

i even called the contact centre and im constantly being told i can't be transfered to sipho they can only send an email. i have really had an unpleasant service with cell especially when all i get is auto reply messages that i'll be called after 48hrs and nothing ever gets to be done.
