My partner Mr Allen Dladla took a contract phone with MTN on January 2011, his contract expired this year January. He called the customer care to advise them, that he doesnt want to renew his contract and to upgrade either, but he still want to use his number, and he want his number to be a prepaid subscriber.
This has not be done, as he still a contract subscriber and, he is threathened that he must pay every month, and if he doesnt pay, they suspend his number.
Can someone responsible check this and advise urgently, as we are trying to cut cost, and we cant afford to continue to pay for contract that has already expired.
