I opened a contract with Cell C 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago I received my new phone. From the start it appeared as though there was something wrong with the speakers, they would stop functioning.
I did a bit of research and this is a known defect in the phone, I have been trying to get through to 084145 to come fetch the phone for the better part of the last 2 weeks. Every day its the same thing, I have to hold on for 30, 45 mins at a time and I dont have all day to spend on the phone.
Come pick up the phone now, replace it or cancel my contract I am tired of this charade.
