Calls get crossed to unknown numbers

Dialing a number that's existed for 5 years, the call get answered by strangers, as if lines got crossed, and when I answer a call from another vodacom number that's been in use for 13 years, (on my contract number) I get a message that my 'airtime' is less than R3 and I need to recharge...? Trying to report this on their site: I found that it's down too...
