These guys are an absolute joke,
i applied for a datamax 15GB 3 weeks ago and i have been told the deal is not loaded onto the system so it cannot be activated for me until the deal is loaded.
I'm not even going to start with "How long does it take to load a deal??? "
but more to the point, how the can you advertise a deal in media and on line and not have the system ready and waiting?
I have been assured this matter has been escalated to a regional manager however nobody is allowed to give me the managers number, so we must play "man in the middle" and "broken telephone" through the sales staff.
this is business people, if you cant provide the goods people will go elsewhere.
