We have a telkom ADSL line and have had this line for over a year - the line has worked for approximately 4 months of the year, and the rest of the time the line is down, or slow. we have called over 3 times DAILY for answers, and nothing is being done about this. The call center operators are incompetant, and have a 'who cares' attitude - no progress has been made since 26th October when we reported our lines down - this is a business line and should recieve some sort of urgency -- Telkom cimply dont care -- when you withhold payment for non-service Telkom cut your other phone lines which are paid up and irrelevant to the billing issue -- DO NOT USE TELKOM AT ANY COSTS - YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY - TELKOM MAKE PROMISES THAT THEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT KEEP!! USE NEOTEL - THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND HAVE SYSTEMS THAT WORK 100%
