MTN breach of BIS contract

Hi I am a MTN customer going on 20 years now but they are playing game with the customers, i have a 24 months BIS contract with my phone which means free internet usage, bbm and emails for a fee, now since 1 March 2013 they have decided that BIS no longer works for them so now the contracts don't count. Now i get shocked when i get my account! you still pay for BIS but also get charged for using the internet, reading your emails and all that. I have corresponded with them about this but it just gets said things have changed. I don't understand doesn't it mean if you sign a contract for 24 months things must stay the way they are for that period? please be careful of MTN and there tricks they are doing there customers in!!!
