I called the call centre to request a sim swap delivery to my house last week Tuesday (2 April) and was told I would get it after 3 working days. On Friday, I had received nothing and called the call centre to follow up and was told they sent an email to that department requesting an explanation and they would get back to me via email with an explanation. Monday morning and I call back and the consultant I speak to says she can't see any progress of any kind since the first day I called to make the sim swap, almost a whole week later!
Disgusting Service to a client so has been with the company for almost a decade!
