Cell C - what a fast - bad accounting

Opened 4 contracts with Cell C in past 9 months after poor service with Vodacom. 2 contracts in July 2012. Cell C messed up the debit order banking details by omitting one digit causing frustrations & loss in business time (1 hr). Jan 2013 I migrated my number to Cell C, guess what, same incompetent bundle of Cell C. This time I lost 1, 5Hr of valuable business time. March 2013 I migrated my co-director's number (which is on my name) to Cell C. You're correct in guessing - was once again messed up. Today the clever move of Cell C to cut 4 contracts connections while they "try to submit the debit order "again"", was the limits. Now Cell C I wasted 42 minutes to eventually get told that Cell C will resubmit but only after 12h00 tomorrow I will be reconnected. While your incompetent accounts dept play around LIVES & PROPERTY may be at risk as I deliver an essential service - Fire prevention and I can't respond in emergency now.

Cell C your service is highly unprofessional to say the least. Surely your organisation can afford better competent people to ensure their blunders do not effect your source of income, us, the client???
