I'm Done with Autopage!

I've had this account for many years, so they've made their money off me.
On the 12th of March I called Accounts to query an unbilled balance of more than R 900. (I was informed via sms). On my (recorded by me) phonecall I requested them to please check on the fact that I had purchased a 500Mb ad-hoc data bundle a couple of days before, and that that balance for data use was not possible. I was assured that it would be rectified.
A couple of days later, I received a call from an 'Accounts Specialist' by the name of David, who said he would need to look into specifics and come back to me. I again told him that they need to check because I had a monthly 500Mb added to my account. He never got back to me.
On Wednesday I got another sms, this time with an astronomical amount. When I called, Accounts just said that I had to pay and sort it out later. I paid the account in full, more than double my normal monthly bill.
And this morning I got yet ANOTHER sms, also with an astronomical out-of bundle amount, which will no doubt be added to the next bill due?!!! Despite the fact that I purchased a 500Mb bundle ad-hoc last week, AND received an sms to that effect!
Who wants my business?
