Off - pathetic service

Eturned my new phone to vodacom on 12 April 2013 (phone was insured) was sent for repairs then it was returned to the store 26 april 2013 because they didn't known it was insured. then it went to the claims dept and to date no phone received and even less feedback, was adv phone was irrepairable and i would be getting a new one, then much later advised that it is at the repair centre in maitland for repairs, now how the can there be a communication problem as advised by Brian who was asssisting me, and promised me that i would be getting a new phone, to date its the 21.05.13 no phone received, i want a new phone and i want it by yesterday, promises was made, its not my fault that the agents handling my query are dumb and couldn't figure out what the was going on. this by the way was a cash phone which i insured and only lasted 5mins, where the is the customer care as per all the ads...
