Terrible attitude

I owed money on my Nashua Mobile Account which I paid and closed on the 15th August 2012. To my surprise I still had an amount outstanding as part of my credit profile as Nashua had not update.

I called Nashua to speak to Sydney Phume and explain the process, he went on about how I am not reading this properly and how I do not understand what my credit report said. I further explained that I am in the accounting industry and can understand what is meant by current balance and so on, his reply was that one cannot go to school to understand this and that he was the only person there that could help me when I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else that could perhaps help. He went on for 20 minutes on how this won't impact me anyway.

This is absolutely shocking. PLEASE CAN YOU UPDATE MY ITC record to reflect that this amount has been paid.
