On the 3rd of March I went to Cell C centurion Mall to find out when I am due for an upgrade. A lady named Tshidi assisted me & told me that I am due on that particular time. I asked her for the blackberry Z10 and she said that they did not have it in stock. So I asked her to phone me and let me know what was going on. On the same day I asked her to cancel my other contract that I have with them. I filled out the forms and specifically asked her if i will be debited for the month of March and she said NO.

After a month without hearing for Thsidi I phoned to ask if they received the Z10 & she said no she lost my number. One Sunday 7 April i went to the store again and they had stock. Before i went to the store i paid my Cell C account. After i filled out all the paperwork the lady told me she cant give me the phone because the accounts department need to see if the payment reflects. That was after ive been there 2 hours.

ON 8 April i went back. After I've waited an hour Tshidi told me that I cant take my phone cause my account is an arrears. That was for the account that I cancelled. This is pathetic. Cell C wasted 3hours of my time and still I dont have my phone. I'M FURIOUS!
