CELL C POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - COULDN'T CARE LESS

30th of March I went to open a contract. I filled out all the paperwrok, but they didnt have the Samsung S3 in stock at the time. They said they would phone me the following week to let me know when stock had arrived and promised I would be able to fetch it on the 6th April. I never heard back, so on the 2nd I phoned. The manager took my details and assured me she would get back to me soon. This morning I still hadnt heard from them, so I phoned again. They still coudltn help me. I asked my college to phone and ask if they had the phone, and they told her they had 1 in stock and if she came today she would be able to take it. So I phoned them again and asked again if they had any stock. They said no. I told them it had been my college who they had just promised the phone to, and they made an excuse. They claimed they were not aware she had been told there was a phone and that the only 2 phones they had were both problematic and they would get stock later today. The manager said she would have someone phone me within the next 10 minutes and she herself would contact me by the end of the day. I never heard back. From day 1 and since then Ive made it clear I need the phone urgenty.
