Renier vd Zwan asked for a top up Jan '13 that was the contract he had before and what phone he qualifies for. He was given a i phone 5 and was told there are no more top ups. He wanted a limit on the phone and was told R400 a month. His phone has been cut off numerous times the amount that was supposed to go through was more than he was told bank charges R120.His e mail address was incorrect accounts couldn't be opened. In Febr his account was R1864 he asked for a specific amount then phone cut off again he can't load air time they must do it from cell c. Waited a week so they can load airtime then said his contract is now R30 not 400 a month. He asked to migrate to top up which was what he wanted from the beginning. March the account is R2022.He got an sms to say he is in arrears so he can't migrate. Paid R1864 in at the bank and faxed it through phone switched on. How can he be in arrears the R2022 was in his account. Phoned the call centre numerous times I sent a complaint on 2 April about this no feedback to date. If records are checked they can see he had a top up. Why would he want an open account now? I have to help him pay!! I want to cancel. Account number 118660412.cell no 0842975008
