Contract upgrade problems

Be very careful when using this provider. I upgraded my contract Friday and was told everything will work on Saturday. Yeah right. I phoned a number of times on Saturday because they were apparently too busy to return my calls a promised. I was eventually told that my sim card is not registered on the system, and that they will only be able to help me on Monday! After complaining, the manager sent a mail to the back end (that figures as that is how they made me feel as a customer). Turn around time, probably Monday he said cause it is week end. Great. I only hope they read it before lunch time arrives as that will probably result in more delays. It is my mistake for choosing them as my service provider, and I have to take responsibility for that. How could I trust a company that does not even know what their name is (branding says 8ta, press says Telkom mobile.) Customer service is non existent and it appears as if the main focus is to lock customers into contracts, and once signed, move onto the next victim.
