Wrong billing and bad customer service

We have requested DSL cancellation on our telephone line last year already, funny enough is we are being billed 'til to date, and they cut off our lines, so we are forced to pay the full amount for re-connection. I have been on the line since 3pm today, even now at 4;30pm I'm still awaiting.

Nthabi Telkom, 15:14pm. This lady helped me with the detailed amount and then transferred me to someone who would help with the cancellation, since then I've spoken to more than 5 agents who have also transferred me.

Rikesh, Sophi 03:39, Thandile 04:02. The others I couldn't even get names.

Funny enough is while I'm waiting and listening to their pathetic waiting music, I can hear agents' voices in the background, sounds like they are talking and laughing, but here I am waiting for someone to answer the call.

I have spent more tha R130 worth of airtime already.

Pathetic, embarrassing service Telkom has.
