Sales Representative To Me!

I dialed 084 145 for new contracts.
I spoke with a lady who helped me purchase the Blackberry Z10 cellphone. Upon purchasing this product on a new contract, I made it pretty clear to the lady that I wanted the LTE version. I asked her this a number of times during the conversation, and she said that she was sure it is the LTE version. So i continued with the purchase.

The phone and sim were delivered to me yesterday, I opened it up, and was overjoyed. But of course the sim was not activated yet so I called in and requested that it be activated. It's now the next day and still not activated but to be fair there is still time left for the 24 hour period - so I have no complaints for that.

In this waiting period I did some research on my phone model. And it seems the phone model that Cell C sent me is the BlackBerry Z10 STL100-1 version. This version does not support LTE (4G)! The STL100-2 and above does support it.
I am so disappointed! My phone isn't even activated yet and I don't want it!
I request that I be compensated with the item I requested for in the first place. I was misled by the sales rep and I pray you are able to get me what I wanted. Other networks have it already.
