I book my phone in 18/2/2013
thy told me that Vodacom Midrand say that they got a with problems with parts on my phone
Today they called me
I complained several times about the service and that my phone
today thy phone me telling me that the damage is caused by me
I gave the phone in where I had the following problems
The phone lost data
Had no reception
And hung
There where now Broke scream
no buttons were damaged
had so little scraps on the phone
I asked Sonja need here to supply me the damage report was done by myself
now they want me to pay.
I ask for Vodacom nice comment upon them to think that I'm going to matter feathered with ombudsman
