I did an on line purchase for R199.00, at first it took a while to get the lap top and internet. I was then delivered a second one. I refused delivery. Since then i have been billed twice the incorrect amount. Each time i pay the correct amount and then get cut off. I just want to be billed R199 as that was the offer and the amount that i pay each month.
its now the second month i sit with no interent for paying the correct amount. each time its the same story, its getting sorted, in the mean time the client suffers!
