I was trying to get a uncapped package with Telkom, i was having troubles with ordering the package online, so i waited for monday (8th April) to phone in and order it, after explaining myself to 3-4 people. while explaining myself to the last girl (for the second time) the phone was put down, and the famous (beep. beep, beep) to tell me that a 30min call with telkom has come to a unsuccessful end...
to top it all off i could go to Mweb and pay - R50 less for the same package, wait 30mins and be up and running with the internet. NO problems whatsoever.
Please sort something out, as a paying customer i'd expect something a little better to be honest
