Disgusting product knowledge

Last night at 6:08 i called the 8ta call center as i needed assistance with unlocking my ipad account as i was having problems logging in and needed to urgently buy airtime so that i could recharge my account and purchase data bundles. First I spoke to Asif, who had no clue what i was talking about, i then asked to speak to a team leader and he said that no one was available, i then asked to be transferred to another agent, and i then got Amanda, but the exact same thing, she had no clue what i was talking about when i said that my account was blocked and i needed assistance to unblock it. I cannot understand how you guys can have an application on the ipad without any assistance when assistance is needed. so who do we speak to when we run into problems like this.

i would really appreciate it if u guys where to listen to that specific call, as my experience was not a pleasant one.
