I was so impressed today with the service I received at the Cell c Eastgate branch. I recently bought myself an Ipad and needed to do a sim swap for my current 3g contract. Thamsanqa took the time to listen to what I needed to do and in so doing suggested a dual sim option which was exactly what I needed. He went the extra mile by putting the screen guard I bought onto my Ipad and then assisted me in setting up my Ipad. I left with my Ipad working and ready to use in a matter of minutes.
