Terrible service
I requested the mobile portion of my account be cancelled.
I spoke to Stanley on the 28/10/2013 between 15h00 andf 15h30.
He assured me that the cancellation would be processed. I read my bill on 17/12/2013 to notice the cancellation was not processed.
Enquiry call line confirms cancellation request is pending, but doesnt know when it will carried out.
This is unacceptable - I gave an instruction for it to be cancelled and it does not get processed.
It is a waste of my time as i have to wait for a call centre personnel to answer my call - already waiting 15 minutes and NO answer. Service is really pathetic. I dont believe the call volumes are that high to take so long to answer a call.
I expect not to be charged/debited for the additional charges and that be done before the 19/12/2013
