PATHETIC TELKOM SERVICE - A MUST READ!!!

I have cancelled the Telkom 3 month free internet service in time and was told that it is 100% free from the beginning. I was never in a position to use this service as my laptop got broken. The usage on this specific Telkom line is ZERO and was numerious times confirmed to me.
Below I will put all my dates and calls made to Telkom in order to resolve the matter.

On 26 October 2011 I got a phone call from Simphiwe, offering me the three month internet service which is 100% free as long as I cancel it within the three months. If not cancelled timiously, then a fee of R 658.00 is applicable. He could not even speak proper English. I had to spell and re-spell my name, surname, address and everything that he needed.
Since 27 Jan 2012 that I've cancelled the unused service I've made 11 calls to Telkom to resolve the matter.
The next thing that I got was a letter from Awie Wright Attorneys to collect the R 537-57.
From 10 Jan 2013 until 14 May 2013 Lizette of Awie Wright Attorneys could not get any joy out of Telkom.
On 15 May 2013 I got a sms from Theron and Vennote attorneys, which now have to see to the collection of the R537-57. They adviced to go to hello Peter.
