On the 14 Feb 2013 I requested a line transfer due to me moving house. Ref no: 73074520A. I received a call to confirm the move within 24hours of logging-now 2months later I still do not have a landline, have not been contacted and when I called through Accounts says my current line was cancelled but a new line move was never logged. I hold on forever at the call centre! I find this rather incompetent and the customer service experience reeks! I am in credit-so where is my new line to credit my funds to? How many more months must I wait for a phoneline? Are they going to reimburse me for the internet that I am paying monthly when I do not even have a landline??? This type of service is UNACCEPTABLE! This is what happens with monopoly!
