EFT Topup, R1000 disappeared

On the 18th of March 2013 I used 8ta's "Eight time" EFT Top Up. Twice.

Using this feature for the first time, I tested it first to make sure it worked and that all the details were correct. R100.00 paid, and it showed up on my 8ta balance in a matter of minutes. Wonderful.

I then made a payment of R1000.00 - the maximum amount you can top up with using this feature - and nothing happened. It's been three weeks, and still I'm out R1000 and my 8ta balance shows no sign of that R1000.

So, 8ta, please respond. (I've sent numerous emails with no luck)

I'd very much like it if that R1000 simply just topped up. I know that the money has been paid to you, and I have the proof of this payment.
