IN LAST YEAR DECEMBER I PAID A DEPOSIT OF R1000. 5 MONTHS LATER THEY SAY I DIDNT PAY IT. NOW THEY WANT PROOF OF A CASH PAYMENT THAT I DID 5 MONTHS AGO. WHERE DO I FIND THAT. THEY THEN DISCONNECTED MY LIGHTS. THEY SENT A LETTER THAT A CERTAIN AMOUNT HAD TO BE PAID IN OREDER FOR IN TO BE CONNECTED. I PAID THAT AMOUNT TODAY TO THE CENT AND THEN SENT THEM PROOF OF PAYMENT. NOW THEY STILL SAY THEY ARE NOT CONNECTING THE LIGHTS UNTIL THEY RECEIVE PROOF AN AMOUNT OF R1000 THAT WAS MADE IN DECEMBER! I CALLED THEM THE DAY I MADE A PAYMENT. BECAUSE IT WAS A FESTIVE SEASON YOURLL DID A MESS WITH THE ACCOUNTS. LOOKING AT OTHER PEOPLES RESPONSES. NOW I CAN SEE WHAT BAD SERVICE YOURLL REALLY DO GIVE.
