i laid my first complaint on the 22 may 2013 which still they have not been able to resolve which now i am doing the payment via EFT, now i have another complaint, they sent me a statement saying that i still owe 9229.89 then i email mohammed Mohamed Jamaludien to query it as i have done the following payments:
September R900
October R1100
November R1000
December R1000
January R1500
February R1000 which mohammed said that my outstanding balance his exact words
Good day
"Please be advised that the payment has been captured and your current balance is R7086.10 with no payment due for the 01/02/2014"
I ask again for a statement and it still stipulates that i owe them R9609.12 the payments have not been allocated as stated according to the months and amounts above, no i have to pay interest on R9609.12 when actually they have not done their job properly yet again. I will not be held responsible for the interest on this amount.
Your urgent response would be appreciated.
