Hi. I'm very disappointed in 8ta because I feel I've been cheated out of R1000. I tried to buy data (by first buying "Airtime"), as I've done many times before. I then bought some data, but did not use the whole R1000. The next day EVERYTHING was gone. After numerous call etc, I gave up as nobody was interested in helping, their excuse being that they could not see from the proof of payment that it was bought agianst my account. I see on here that I am not the only one complaining, this is happening to others as well. In the mean time I've moved to Cell C.
