FNB MY MONEY!

I bought fuel on the 20th January and the R1268 amount was deducted from my available balance. On the 23rd again the same amount was deducted from the available balance i went inside the Gonubie branch and explained the issue i was told that it only appears once on my transaction history so clearly I'm talking nonsense. i showed them the 2 sms'es received where t shows that the money was deducted twice. We called the ca;; centre and none of them understood that what i was reporting was an anomaly. I even tried expelling in lay man's terms that say I had R1000 in my account, R500 was taken when the purchase was made and the amount was added on to the authorized amounts "bucket", when the merchant presented their sales to the bank, another R500 comes off my available balance instead of taking from the authorized amounts bucket. Clearly Ive paid R1000 for a purchase of R500. They couldn't tell me where the other R500 went to. On sunday even the same thing happened again on a purchase I had made on the 23rd for R435 at Pick n Pay. these people are steering our money in a very clever way. Why is my available balance diminishing twice for a single transaction. I want my money back!
