I signed up with wanna drive driving school in jan 2013, we agreed on two payments, I paid him R500 up front, did 3 lessons, then we stopped so I could get the other money together, then in julY '13N I paid him R1000 which was the balance and due to hunavailabilty or my mine we kept postponing the lessons, when we finally managed to secure dates that was suitable to both of us, and after he confirmed, he never bothered to show up and is now refusing to refund me the R1000 and he does not respond to my calls, messages or texts or watsapp texts. I want a refund of the R1000 that I have paid and I don't want to negotiate on lessons that are never forthcoming. This is daylight.
