I am a loyal Vodacom customer for years now. I have a MyGig 3 which I use at my home. On Saturday 4 April 2013 morning I noticed that ALL of my Data including my Night Owl has been depleted. This was strange due to the fact that I have never gone over the allowed 3GIG cap. We have a secured network which is password secured. When I went online to check my balance it was at R 2500.00!!! Where normally it is R199pm. I do not want to pay because it WAS NOT ME who drained my entire CAP not to mention the additional 7GIG of data! I do NOT want to pay!!! PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO?
