Incorrect contract details and billing

I took out a Myzone Router on SmartData 2GB at R149pm on the 14 June 2013. On 13 August I received a phone call from cell C telling me that my amount that I owe them is reaching the R2000 limit. On 14 Aug I went to cell C long beach mall to find out what the problem is, and they explained to me that my contract for R149 was registered as an open line. I never ask or singed for an opened line therefore my billing was incorrect. They also told me that Edward Mansfield that help me with the contract no longer work for cell c and that they can't help me. They then also told me that the R149 contracts for the 2GB only started in August 2013. I felt I was misled by the incompetent Mr Edward Mansfield who made me believed that I singed for a contract of ONLY R149 per month. Since then I had made numerous calls to Cell C and visited the branch and put it on Hello Peter and to date all I got is empty promises I want a copy of my signed contract (0846288836) but it seems to me, nobody knows where to find it (your logistic division in Johannesburg maybe). UNDER THE CPA LAW I WILL CANCEL THIS CONTRACT DUE TO MISREPRESENTATION ON YOUR BEHALF AND YOUR USELESS CUSTOMER CARE
