After Bonitas refuses to pay my hospital bill they now also rejecting my chronic application. What am I paying for this medical aid if I have to pay for all my hospital expenses and now also my medication. Is it worth it having this medical aid, i think not. Monthly premiums go off timeously yet there is so much red tape for any claims or applications. Medical aid was meant to be the assurance that if in the event it is needed we do not have to worry about going into debt but it seems i am already there, please can somebody help me, as i mentioned in my last report that I have Lupus of which stress is one of the worst triggers but everday my medical aid seems to be adding to my stress. If i could please get some help regarding my chronic application reason for rejecting and what can i do???
