Since no one at Cell C can assist me I return to the grounds where action can be take and resolved, to Hallo Peter. My previous complaint (two weeks ago) that my call limit issue was resolved, Cell C decided that it would be lovely to all of a sudden decrease my call limit again out of the blue. So once again, I can not call or do anything for that matter. I has become clear that Cell C does not care about their customers and I have had it with all of the trouble and frustration That Call C has caused. I will be cancelling my contracts with them this weekend and will move on the MTN / Vodacom.
