I have been trying unsuccessfully to get help from MTN since the beginning of March 2013 with a request for early termination on a contract for MTN 3 Internet modems due to bad signal reception in my area which renders these modems useless. Despite numerous calls, promises and reference numbers I have not been able to get any reaction or response from MTN to advance or resolve this matter. I have received 3 different reference numbers from MTN on 3 different occasions acknowledging receipt of my complaint but despite numerous phone calls to the MTN Call Centre, follow-up e-mails and even a visit to the MTN Shop, I have not received any communication or contact from MTN or their technicians to come out to test the signal. It seems to me MTN does not care. I am very dissapointed and frustrated and will never use MTN again for personal or business use.
