Good day
I am highly disgusted with the service that i have received from the agent Lesego Mancoe, i have contacted your custoner services contact centre this morning at about 10:26am, i needed to have my phone unlocked. Lesego, answered the call, verified my details, but in the process kept placing me on hold, i understand we all have system issues, but i was expecting her to keep getting back to me in order for me to be aware that she was still waiting for her system to respond, she their after notified me that she will have my call limited increased, which was perfectly fine, but then again placed me on hold, this time for much longer without even a notification that she was still with me, she then took the call of hold, then immediately placed me on hold again, by now i was highly frustrated, when she did eventually get back to me i asked her if there was a problem, and she had quite a bad attitude with her response, she did not even apologise for her attitude, i think i am a long enough client with nashua, i haven't experienced such bad attitude in all these years been with Nashua, kindly address this matter urgently.
