I have numerous queries with cell c, phoned them, consultant tell me that the issue will be escalated. that is if i get through to a consultant within 10 minutes (after 10 minutes i just hang up - the tune they play is heavily annoying) and if the call doesnt drop because of bad reception.
a week goes by, phone again, and my issue is gone - nothing on the "s? stam". not once, not twice, every single time!
it is impossible to communicate with the call centre consultants - when i provided my email address, i was asked if there should be a space (my surname is 2 words). HOW???
they just don't listen to what they are asked and what the problem is. i sent emails, and get a response, your problem has been solved. really??? when??? where???
maybe cell c should make their network charges more and pay more for more efficient people to actually do the job.
cant wait for my contracts to end, cell c can take their low rates that is not worth the bad service to someone else.
no wonder trevor noah did their adverts - they are nothing but a joke.
