In December I sent a mail to MTN asking how long before the time I must give notice on my contract that will expire in March 2013. They told me 30 days. In February, I gave more than 30 days notice, to which they responded and said it will be cancelled. However, at the end of April another instalment went off! I sent another e-mail to which they responder that it can take up to 30 days before the contract will be cancelled. Well, no matter how many e-mails I have sent, my money went off, and they just don't worry that they are my money!!! I will never, ever, ever take any contract with MTN, as they are and useless to say the least.
