I cancelled the contract effective end March. I paid for April as the notice period. Subsequently CTrack has processed the debit order for May, June and July. The person responded via e-mail stating that this will be corrected and that the funds will be paid back to me at the end of May. Since then they have taken two more payments and now I do not get a reply on my mail whereas initially I was assured that the mistake will be fixed and the money refunded. How do people keep their jobs like this when there are so many who would love a job.
