I have sent emails and faxes even from other Cellc branch about two weeks ago giving notice on my contract that is due to expire on 16 March 2013, but Cellc continually denies receiving it when I have the delivery and read reports for my notice.
One is only suppose to give 30 days notice but due to the experience of bad service in the past I wanted to make sure to give more notice and still nothing.
I do not want this contract anymore and therefor want confirmation that my contract will not be renewed.
Again Cellc for yourself - what a joke it is Cellc for theirselves!!
I have two other contract and seems like they want to push me in cancelling them too... I dont use this contract I wish to cancel so don't see the need in keeping it!!
