Very upset with them, i had a contract for 10 years with them. i pay my sim card fee for incase something happens. Now in January my phone was. Insurance paid out (mtn) but now i needed a phone, so i bought one cash from edgars, going to mtn to do my simswap, i was told i need to go to jhb or nelspruit because they cannot do it from there. they are only a franchise, if they do it ill have to pay an additional r130.
When i asked them then phone the other mtn guys get them to courier my sim card they said no i must phone them myself. i asked for the number and they gave me a number to just once again be told they cannot do it. what am i to do about this??? i still pay my account but have no pleasures of my airtime ect ect
