I have been recieving calls lately from one of your consultant Dude at Virgin money. I assume that it is about my credit card that it is in arrears. I am a bit concerned with how she presents herself to me. I am not sure how you have trained your staff. We are going through in our country and i cant just cant confirm my details over the phone. How do i justify the fact that she is actually calling from Virgin Money? firstly she call with the private number. Secondly she asks me to confirm
my personal details. Really? is she is really calling from Virgin money why cant she reads what she has on her screen and i can confirm with her. Under no circumstances i am going to reveal my personal details over the phone with someone calling me with the private number. You must really come up with the better idea of your consultants how to communicate with customers. I am sure if you are in my shoes you will agree with me on this. Yesterday she called again and she actually had an attitude with me over the phone. Please ask someone with good telephone etiquette to call me and will discuss going forward to settle my credit card. I am not running away from my responsibilities.
