I recently opened a Top up account with them for a Blackberry Z10 with them, firstly they never contacted me when my application was put on hold, because they needed my work number, I phoned them after I had heard nothing for quit some time and then I gave them the number to contact me when they need to contact me. Secondly when the phone did arrive they didn't inform us, I had to find out after my simcard stopped working and Woodlands phoned them to find out why this has happened, after going to them. Then my BIS stopped working the next day after I collected my phone. I then phoned MTN just to find out that it was on an open contract and not on a TOP UP contract that I signed up and asked for. Now I have to go back to Centurion again so they can do what I originally applied for! This is unacceptable I have never had this much problems with a top up application before. And even Woodlands branch then out for not letting me know my phone was there and just cancelling my simcard, that my fiance runs a business from.
