Almost 2 weeks and still no answe

I phoned MTN on 27/02/13 for a new contract. Got a reference number MV200. 2 Days later I received a sms that application has been approved and Courier Company will contact me. I received the tracking number OF222 for the parcel. I had to follow up three day later as no-one phoned me only to be told the Call Centre made a mistake with the application (not my fault) and contract was terminated, I will have to do a new contract. I got a new reference MV200. (That was one week ago). I phoned several times to find out what happened but was told every time they are still working on application. If someone can only contact me to tell me what is happening!!
