Unbelievable!!! i bought the Samsung Tab 2 from Tygervalley. no one offered to assist me with setting it up and i could not connect to the net. called telephonic support but was told to take it in to where i bought it. Got there and was told they can assist me but will CHARGE me!!!? you sold me the equipment but when it comes to assisting you clients that have been with you for more than 10 years, you Charge them!! THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT!!!
