Bought BSE on Sunday 31 march (R30), on the 04/ April i receive a msg stating that my BSE is finished how i dont know. Spoke to the lady by the name on Tebogo who told me that my Data plan is finished, i explained to her that i checked before making a call and i had 72. I made a call and received a call afterwards i reiceved a shoking sms from mtn. I called them to get clearity but they told me that they cant do anything as on their systems its showing that its finished.

i'm still lost.i think that MTN from the time they changed their Blackberry packages something went terrably wrong and im quite sure that they are having too many queries so please MTN pull your socks as you will be losing loyal clients like me who have been with you for 14 years now
