I recived a call from the call centre to sell me a new warranty for my Toyota Fortuner 3lt d.
As my car 100000 warranty has finished. I explained to the call centre that I need this done asap as I need to service my car. The sales lady told if I am not happy with the policy I have 7 Days to cancel. They gave me two option of paying, I paid the cash option. I booked my car in and once they were finished the told me I don't have service plan and only a warranty package.
I got hold of the call centre on 14/10/2013 and explained that I need a service plan and not a warranty plan then I was told that I will lose some of my money as it will need to go though a cancelation procees and then transferred to another department. I have emailed Kyle on the 08/10/2013 with proof of payment
Tuesday I emailed Kyle no reply.
Wednesday I emailed Kyle no reply.
I have never ever received such shocking service. Nobody got back to me
When I spoke to the call centre on Monday the 14th I explained that there has be a confusion with a warranty plan and a service plan. And I explained that if there is a difference I would be happy to pay in.
